Sur la page « PRODUITS », utilisez les filtres pour affiner votre recherche en fonction de la couleur, du prix, de la collection, du type de produit et du style (chic, fun, fashion). Vous pouvez également consulter la page « COLLECTIONS » pour voir les produits dans leur univers.
La page « INSPIRATIONS » vous permettra de découvrir les produits portés par nos influenceuses favorites. Lorsque vous avez choisi les pièces que vous souhaitez acheter, sélectionnez votre taille (si nécessaire) et la quantité, puis cliquez sur Livraison à domicile ou Retrait en magasin avant d’ajouter votre produit dans le panier.
Cliquez sur l’icône en en haut à droite de votre écran, puis sur “Créer un compte”. Choisissez ensuite “S’inscrire avec Facebook” si vous souhaitez créer un compte avec votre compte Facebook; ou créez un compte avec votre adresse email. Confirmez la creation de votre compte en cliquant sur le bouton “créer mon compte”.
Si vous changez d'avis, vous pouvez annuler votre commande dans un délai de 15 minutes. Passé ce délai, nous ne pouvons pas garantir l'annulation de votre commande.
Il peut arriver qu’un produit soit en rupture de stock. Si vous ne trouvez pas le produit que vous souhaitez sur notre site, échangez en direct l’un de nos Conseillers Dédiés en cliquant ici.
Tous les produits sont livrés dans le packaging signature APM Monaco.
Oui, le packaging extérieur APM Monaco est biodégradable.
APM Monaco propose des colliers, bagues, bracelets, manchettes, boucles d’oreilles, chaînes de cheville, médailles et pendentifs à clipser, broches, T-shirts, sneakers, sacs tote-bag, pochettes et boîtes à bijoux.
Il existe différents types de boucles d’oreilles :
- La mono boucle d’oreille : elle est vendue à l’unité et ne constitue donc pas une paire. Si vous souhaitez constituer une paire, commandez cette boucle d’oreille en 2 unités ou mixez-la avec une autre mono boucle d’oreille APM.
- La boucle d’oreille coulissante : elle ne nécessite pas d’avoir l’oreille percée, elle s’ajuste sur votre lobe d’oreille.
- Les boucles d’oreilles asymétriques : les deux boucles d’oreilles formant la paire n’ont pas le même design.- Les boucles d’oreilles en anneaux : ces boucles d’oreilles sont en forme de créoles.- La boucle d’oreille sous-lobe : cette boucle d’oreille est composée de 2 parties. La partie sous-lobe peut être placée à l’arrière de votre lobe tout en étant visible, ou peut être retirée afin de porter l’autre partie seule.
Le collier comporte une chaîne et un pendentif médaille déjà assemblés, le pendentif ne peut pas être retiré. La médaille à clipser est vendue seule, elle ne comprend pas la chaîne, et peut être facilement clipsé sur la chaîne de votre bracelet ou collier favori.
Nos produits sont fabriqués en argent 925.Les pierres utilisées sont le zircon, la spinelle, le ruby synthétique, le nano, l’améthyste, la tourmaline, l’apatite, la nacre, et les perles
Aucun de nos bijoux en argent 925 ne contient de nickel ou de matériaux inadaptés. Notre entreprise est certifiée ISO 9001-2000.

L’intégralité de nos pierres sont serties à la main avec des techniques de haute joaillerie. Cependant, les chocs, les produits abrasifs et une utilisation non appropriée peuvent altérer la qualité du bijou plus rapidement.

Nous acceptons les modes de paiement suivants pour les achats en ligne : Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Papayl, Apple Pay
Si vous sélectionnez PayPal comme mode de paiement, vous serez redirigé vers le site de Paypal. Vous devrez vous « connecter à votre compte Paypal», vérifier le montant affiché et cliquer sur « Payer ». Une fois la transaction terminée, vous serez redirigé vers notre site apm.mc.
La protection des données de nos clients est l’une de nos priorités. Toutes les informations personnelles et de paiement envoyées sont sécurisés.
Un code de sécurité se compose de 3 ou 4 chiffres. Ce code est utilisé pour sécuriser des transactions commerciales en ligne.
Pour les cartes de crédit American Express : le code à 4 chiffres est imprimé sur le recto de votre carte, à droite du numéro principal de votre carte de crédit.

The security of the order delivery is one of our priorities.
All APM Monaco online purchases require a signature upon delivery.
All orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday by FedEx or DHL.
If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the messenger will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days.
If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be temporarily hold at a local FedEx or DHL station near you.
APM Monaco will send you an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched.
You can use this number to track your order on the website of FedEx (www.fedex.com) or DHL (www.dhl.com).
If you log in online to your APM Monaco Account, you may also follow your delivery by selecting My Account, and click on My Orders.
If you order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to modify your delivery address.
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address.
You will need to contact FedEx or DHL directly in your country.
Please note that FedEx may charge a fee for a change of address within the same country once an order is dispatched.
FedEx will not accept any change of address in a different country.
APM Monaco will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges related to changing your delivery address.
The satisfaction of our client is our priority. We are sending the readily available products in priority. It is therefore possible that your order may be shipped in several times.
In this case, we will send you an email confirming the products sent.
Depending on your location, you can easily pick up your order in store by selecting the "In-Store Pickup" option before adding the product to your cart. You can choose your nearest store on "Choose location".
Once you have selected this option, entered all the requested information and proceed to the payment, the product will be ready right away for you to pick up in store.
To collect your ordered item(s), please present the Order Confirmation email you received in-store.
Returning an item couldn't be easier!
Products purchased on apm.mc may be exchanged or returned to apm.mc or to one of our APM Monaco boutiques, up to thirty days from the date of receipt.
We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original APM Monaco packaging.
All the personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you choose to return your jewelry with a tracking number, please notify us by email at customercare@apm.mc
We will process your request within 5 business days after receiving your jewelry.
After received your products, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund.
* Please note that APM Monaco is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns.
You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package.
APM Monaco will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.
Exchanges and Returns to an APM Monaco boutique:
Simply visit one of our APM Monaco boutiques with the item(s) you wish to exchange or return.
The refund will be issued within 24 hours after we received your return.

If the production process of your personalized jewel has not started yet, you can modifiy or cancel your order.
Unfortunately, orders for customized products cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once the production process had started.
If you returned your product by mail to apm.mc, the refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days after the returnedproduct has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer.
If you return your product to one of our stores, the refund will be issued usually within 24h after the returned product has been returned to the store.
*Please note that we can refund only products purchased online. Products purchased in one of our retail stores cannot be refund.

We guarantee our jewels 1 year, whatever their use is. This warranty is international and applicable on every product. During this warranty period, we offer full complimentary repair services.No questions asked!
If your product is not under warranty anymore, we still offer repair services for 20 Euros. The out-of-warranty repairs include the repair, the verification of the stones setting, the weld control, the polishing, the surface treatment that will restore your jewel to its original appearance, as well as a new 6-month warranty.
